An ongoing management service fee of 5% of gross revenue and a marketing levy of 2% apply.

The UK launch comes at a well-chosen moment. Demand for flexible workspace has never been stronger. The UK now has over 4,300 coworking and flexible office locations, and with hybrid working firmly embedded across the corporate and SME sectors, structural demand is expected to grow steadily through the rest of this decade. Central London alone accounts for 64% of all UK office take-up, according to Savills, underlining the scale of the opportunity for well-positioned operators.
