Product Offering: Celebration cakes, customised cakes, desserts and bakery/viennoiserie products together with the approved Classic Model range.

Plus Model 
Shop Area Requirement: 450 sq. ft. or more

Indicative Seating: 10–12 people in a 450 sq. ft. store

Total Investment: £145,000 + VAT

Minimum Indicative Cash Contribution: £35,000 + VAT*

Product Offering: The Classic offering together with an expanded bakery range, beverages, sit-in desserts, Artisan Gelato and other approved Plus Model products.

Café Model 
Shop Area Requirement: 600 sq. ft. or more

Indicative Seating: 16–20 people in a 600 sq. ft. store

Total Investment: £190,000 + VAT

Minimum Indicative Cash Contribution: £45,000 + VAT*

Product Offering: The wider Classic and Plus range together with the approved Café Model all-day food, beverage and café offering.
