Ever dreamed of running your own theatre school without the stress of starting from zero? We have an exciting opening for a new Principal to take over our Medway and Swale branch. This school is already up and running with a lovely group of around 50 students who attend every week. We have been managing it from HQ, but it is now time for a local leader to step in and make it their own. Everything is ready for you. The venues are booked, the teaching team is in place, and the children are already enjoying their sessions. You can skip the setup phase and get straight to the fun part. You will be helping children build confidence and leave every class feeling happy and proud. The role is flexible and fits around other commitments. It usually takes between 8 and 12 hours a week. For a transfer fee of £1,995, you will receive: - Full handover of the school and students. - Complete training and ongoing support from our team at WHAM HQ. - Access to our simple booking software and all branding. - Full help with DBS checks and compliance. - QFA accreditation. We are looking for someone organised who cares about the wellbeing, personal growth, and creativity of children & young people. This could suit a performing arts teacher or performer looking to run their own business with the backing & support of a Franchisor, or simply someone who shares our values.
