We’ve come a long way since our first store opened in Leith, Scotland. From launching our sister company Absolute E-Juice through to developing and refining our training & support model. One of the biggest benefits of becoming a franchise owner with VPZ is the support available to you.

Franchising is a great way to get into business for yourself but with an established brand and support team behind you. Whether you’re new to the vaping market or business ownership, the comprehensive VPZ 2-week structured training program provides the foundations to running a successful store. Over the two week period, you’ll be trained to the VPZ Standard of Excellence.

• Week One – Induction, declarations, product & technical customer needs, NCSCT certification, recommending solutions, sales process; troubleshooting, returns and consumer law, discounts & till training, store health & safety requirements.
• Week 2 – Store opening procedures, cash controls, fraud prevention basics, store closing and banking procedures, stock control processes and procedures, management.
