About us
Welcome to La Casita, the home of delicious Spanish Tapas. Based in the picturesque Yorkshire towns of Ilkley, Skipton and Boston Spa, we offer our customers a relaxed dining experience with great food and a large selection of Spanish wines and beers.
Chef Simon Miller and Oliver Renton first opened the Ilkley restaurant in 2014, and since then La Casita has only gone from strength to strength.
Our restaurants combine an authentic Spanish tapas experience with a welcoming atmosphere and charming interior. Our tapas menu features colourful plates of locally sourced meats, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables complemented by an array of authentic Spanish beers and wines.
The Opportunity
You have the opportunity to own your own tapas restaurant and bar in your chosen territory. You will be serving our delicious tapas menu to your customers featuring colourful plates of locally sourced meats, fresh seafood and seasonal vegetables complemented by an array of authentic Spanish beers and wines, whilst providing them with a memorable experience and service.

The Franchise Model
We offer a sit-down table service menu serving freshly cooked tapas dishes and great wines and beers from Spain and around the world. We also welcome customers in for drinks only, especially in our outdoor seating areas in the warmer months – our signature Sangria Jugs and Espresso Martinis go down very well!
In addition to restaurant dining we attend local functions as a food provider for personal celebrations and corporate events. We attend festivals with a food van, engage in local community activities to have a presence and also give back to the community such as the Ilkley Rugby 7’s tournament and the Boston Spa festival.
Our regular in-house promotions have become a monthly feature for many customers, for our All You Can Eat tapas on the last Sunday of the month, many customers book ahead for the next month before they leave the restaurant!
The Investment
Our Franchise fee is £25,000 and our Franchise Package Fee will be dependent on size, condition and fit-out of your premises.
Government-led funding is available for the cost of our franchise fee to help you get started.

Who are we looking for?
La Casita are looking for ambitious and self-motivated individuals with a drive and a passion for delivering a quality dining experience.
You do not need previous experience running a restaurant to join our franchise, you will receive all the training you need in order to get setup and running your La Casita restaurant successfully.
