Our artisan food is freshly prepared every day to ensure our customers experience the highest quality by using our good, simple and delicious ingredients. Since establishing in 1995, we have grown to become one of the leading coffeeshop chains in the UK.
Our unique coffee bean blend is of the finest quality, lovingly created by master roasters with decades of experience to produce the perfect espresso every time. It’s no surprise that we serve over 10 million cups of coffee every year!
You can find Coffee Republic in Lithuania, Romania, airports in Barcelona, Lanzarote, Minorca and Fuerteventura. In the Middle East we have bars in Bahrain, Qatar and Oman.
The Opportunity
Own your own Coffee Republic bar in a location of your choice and serve our ethically sourced coffee, and tasty food options to your customers. There is also an opportunity to customise your franchise by being a multi-site franchisor.
Coffee Republic’s experienced team will work closely with you to achieve your goals and create a valued and rewarding partnership.
Training & support
When you join our franchise network you will attend an intensive training course over a period of 5 days which will entail everything you need to know about operating a Coffee Republic business. You will be provided with your own dedicated operations manager and our full range of food and drink products.
From the moment you sign up, the Coffee Republic team are there to support you all the way. From assisting in finding and assessing a site, site design and guidance with equipment ordering, to opening the doors and serving your first regular skinny vanilla Latte!
Build & design
We’ll encapsulate what makes Coffee Republic special and install this into your bar to create an authentic Coffee Republic experience. A full package of bar designs and drawings will be provided which comply with our brand standards. You will have access to our approved fit-out contractors and be introduced to our equipment suppliers, of which you will be able to benefit from preferential rates. A fully approved EPOS and reporting system will be made available to you as well as signage and artwork.
Marketing
As a Coffee Republic franchisee, you will have access to our graphic design and marketing team who will produce the majority of your marketing materials. You will also receive fully designed and printed menu boards, POS and seasonal campaigns. Our head office team will support you with local promotions, as well as social media and Google Business pages.

The investment
The Coffee Republic franchise fee is £25,000 +VAT. Other fees are applicable which include training, design and brand audit fees which total to an additional £10,000 as part of the package. Government led funding is available towards the cost of your fees helping you to get started.
Who are we looking for?
We are searching for partners who are driven and have a strong work ethic. You will need to be able to work with, and lead a team whilst committing to maintaining excellent service standards. It is essential that you have the ability to carefully follow set systems and procedures.
Regardless of your experience, the Coffee Republic franchise system has been developed to permit anyone with ambition and a positive attitude to succeed, no matter what their background.
