Love the Outdoors? Discover Outdoor Franchises

Working from home or in an office isn't for everyone. It's common knowledge that spending time outside contributes to vitamin D production, and it's easy to overlook that working from home can mean you don't get enough.

Whilst many work from home franchises offer part time flexibility and do allow time for the outside, it's just not the same as working outdoors is it?

Types of Outdoors Franchises

When you think of outdoor related franchises, there are a lot of obvious examples. Gardening franchises are one such example. You get to spend plenty of time outside; maybe working on lawn treatment or installing artificial grass.

Parents are often concerned that their children don't spend enough time outside. Playing video games, watching TV and using social media have in most households, replaced outdoor activities such as football and going for a walk. Sports club franchises are brilliant examples of outdoor franchises. They encourage fitness in children and can contribute to tackling obesity. Many people love sports franchises because it gets them engaged with the community and they love the opportunity to speak face to face with clients.

Van based franchises are also technically outdoor businesses. Beer line cleaning franchises, plumbing, mobile coffee, all of these are van based and you'll be spending time driving to clients. For many, it's much more fun running a van based business than one which requires you to spend your day working from an office.
