A management franchise is one where you don't carry out the labour the business revolves around. Specifically, management franchises will usually be a "hands-off" approach to the functions the clients receive, whilst your role will be of a managerial one.

One of the reasons so many people enjoy a management franchise is they only need to manage and oversee the day to day running of the business, rather than performing any physically laborious or time-consuming tasks. • Marketing and getting your brand out there, nationally or locally depending on your territory size.
